By using cancleannc.com or booking a trash can cleaning, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or book service.

2. Description of Service

Can Clean NC provides residential trash can cleaning in Hickory, Newton, Conover, and nearby areas of Catawba County, NC. We clean curbside trash and recycling bins using a pressure washer, soap, water, and manual scrubbing. We do not use hot water or industrial sanitizing equipment.

Our goal is to remove dirt, grime, odors, and common buildup. Results depend on the condition of the bin, weather, and how long waste has sat. We do not guarantee complete elimination of bacteria, viruses, or pests.

3. Booking and Payment

You can book by phone, text, chat, or through our online checkout. When you pay online, your payment is processed by Stripe. Can Clean NC does not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe handles payment data according to its own terms and privacy policy.

Prices shown on our pricing page are current at the time of booking. Promotions like the $20 first clean require signing up for a recurring plan and are subject to the terms shown at checkout.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please call or text us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may not be eligible for a refund. Refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and issued to the original payment method when approved.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate contact and service address information.
Place your bins at the curb on your scheduled trash pickup day or as agreed.
Make sure pets, children, and vehicles are kept away from the work area.
Inform us of any hazards, damage, or special conditions before we start.

6. Service Area

We currently serve Hickory, Newton, Conover, and nearby communities in Catawba County, NC. If you are outside this area, contact us before booking. We may decline service if your address is outside our route.

7. Limitation of Liability

Can Clean NC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to our service or website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage to bins, lids, wheels, or property.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Can Clean NC, its owners, and team members from claims arising out of your use of the site or service, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the site or service after changes means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in Catawba County, NC.
